Bangkok House (Kailua-Kona) * * *   Posted by on Monday, 15 June 2020, at 3:29 p.m.

Bangkok House located in the nearly deserted Kamehameha Mall next to the Courtyard Hotel and is open for sit down dining as of June 14. We had the Penang Curry which was excellent. Tom Kha soup which tasted great but make sure you confirm what size you are ordering because we got really small cup while expecting a large bowl but the cost was only $4.00 so it was priced right. Finished the meal with the mango sweet rice which made our night. The service was so friendly and accommodating I will be sure to go back. Price is cheap but portions are small. Order more than you would usually at a Thai restaurant. Every other store in this mall is empty except for Ocean Seafood Chinese restaurant. Please support our local restaurants so we will still have a place to eat when this is all over.
