When Kona Crust first opened they were great.
As time has gone on the service is horrendous & the quality of the pizza has suffered.
Waiting an hour is unacceptable.
There are very young people making pizza & running the register.
They just stand around while every table in the place is dirty. The kid making the pizza is so busy talking & telling people he's the only one there. He gave away more discounted pizza then full sale pizza as apologies for the delays.
No wonder they are operating in the red, the staff is giving it away.
There's no leadership or management there at the busiest times & it shows.
We used to get pizza weekly from Kona Crust bi weekly, but the past 5 or 6 times we've been really disappointed.
It saddens me, because they did have a good product, but not anymore.
