Kaiser all the way!!

I can't say enough in praise of Kaiser! We're both on the Kaiser Medicare Advantage program. I had cataract surgery on both eyes (separate dates), and Kaiser flew my wife and I to Oahu, put us up at the Ala Moana Hotel, and paid for it all. My only travel expense was the drive to/from home to KOA, and parking.
Being on their Medical Financial Aid program, there was no co-pay or deductible. It's super easy to qualify for MFA as retired people, as it's income-based only, and the cut-off is very high.
I opted for upgraded lenses, getting the "multifucal toric" lenses which corrected all my vision problems, including astigmatism. I now have perfect vision in both eyes. Those lenses weren't covered, so I paid about $5,300 for them, and they are worth every penny.
Being a Kaiser member, I would never opt for any procedure with another doc or at another facility.
