Fewer spinner pods up and down the coast

We have a boat and see far fewer spinner dolphins since the ban. Personally, I believe that the spinners had adopted people as a part of their eco system and now the people have left they perceive that something must be wrong and many of the pods have left. Chalk up another win for DLNR!
