NOAA approach is not myopic, just the opposite. The NOAA policy is based on years of multiple science based studies. The only myopic view comes from those that feel that as long as they are enjoying chasing dolphins around the bay and the dolphins arent running away then they must be having a good time and therefore dolphins want to intereact with humans. Stop projecting human feelings on dolphins, they live in the bay and dont want to hang out with you.
