Who pays the difference when it is cheap?

Lisa, you bring up a valid point. What are the people who are accepting cash and/or are underreporting vacation rentals and car rentals really getting away with??!! And who are they cheating??!!

The county or state could increase GET and TAT receipts via just some follow through - with education and encouragement for the ones who underreport. (Then get tough in six to twelve months.)
