Anyone have trouble getting AAA on the phone?

Good morning and Aloha,

Has anyone besides me had trouble contacting AAA auto club on the phone lately?

I've been back about a week from the mainland. Last Friday I was in Keauhou, the car wouldn't start and I phoned AAA and could not get anyone on the line at all. I got automated messages which led me to some clicks, then nothing.
This happened twice.
I've called them several times in years gone by from Kona where I live, with no difficulty. And I'm a member in very good standing. I just renewed in April, and the AAA agent thanked me for being a member for quite a number of years.
In all my years with AAA I've NEVER ever had no response on the phone at all,
as happened last Friday.
Has anyone else had this happen?
