Special diet Food Delivery

Has anyone here used custom food delivery or nearby special dietary take-out service in Kailua-Kona? My friend wants to try a specific diet for a month to see if it improves his health. He isn't up to figuring out how to cook differently before he experiences how it has improved his life.
