In response to 144769: TV Repair, posted by Dave P on Monday, 29 March 2021, at 10:18 p.m.
TV's have now become part of the throw away generation. They're like paper cups; use it once and toss it. I found a TV repair guy a few years ago. The TV had cost $3,000. The TV guy said new ones that were better than my old one were now $1,500 and it would cost that to fix my old one.
