Aloha Harry,

We were there at around 8am on a Friday and it was all locals - tables were distanced and masks were worn. The staff said that it was mostly locals but we were there on 12/11. We did not see any tourists on the street that morning, just the normal activity walking the seawall and swimming.

The staff would certainly appreciate the business. My advice would be to go early.
