We went to get take-out at The Coffee Shack yesterday, because Chef Adriana offered Mexican food once a week, on Saturdays. When we tried to order, though, the manager said, "No more Mexican food. Adriana went to Columbia and never came back!" Don't know the details. The breakfast was very good, though. Bob had a veggie omelet, and I had Eggs Benedict. Took them to a picnic table at Kealakekua Ranch Center. The restaurant is popular, which is a bit daunting, but when we (infrequently) go, we phone in the order and wait in the parking lot. The order was ready in less than 15 minutes yesterday.
