University of the Nations too loud music

Any ideas of how we can get University of the Nations to turn down their over amplified music? I've contacted them, the police, the health department, with no success. If they could be more considerate of the neighborhood and turn down their amplifiers it would really be nice. Is there anyone on Konaweb who is connected to the University and could help with this?
