WHALE WATCHING - we went on KONASTYLE boat

I RECOMMEND WHALE WATCH MOST HIGHLY AND I recommend going on KONASTYLE boat - partly because we did 1 week ago, and ALL OF OUR EXPERIENCE WAS POSITIVE. Free snacks, friendly and helpful crew, and expert boat handling to get us to best position to see whales, etc. And we saw a lot, moms and their calves - even tho the season is winding down right now.

BUT ALSO I recommend KonaStyle boat over other power boats (such as one well known boat I saw also there at same time) - simply because, since we had sail out on our boat, we could legally and technically get closer to whales than boats without sail.

KonaStyle's TRAVIS is a big very friendly guy who gave me lot of info. about the trip and we signed up immediately for next day. SO GLAD WE DID. Had SUCH a wonderful time, as I said. I love boats and the ocean anyway. Now I'm planning to go on their Manta Ray snorkel, Travis said they have reduced prices now for that trip, he said it's now cheaper even than the kama'aina rate. P.s. I also loved being on KonaStyle boat for first time because I've seen it for years and often commented what a BEAUTIFUL boat it is. Ties up at Kona pier, red and black colors. - Harry A2 (This is a wholly honest review., I didn't receive compensation in any way.)
