In response to 143655: You must make Hawai'i your primary location, posted by Shirley on Wednesday, 20 November 2019, at 1:49 p.m.

If they change their main location to the Big Island for the months they will be here, won't they have to pay Big Island premiums per person per month. Such premiums are likely to be far more expensive than their Colorado premiums.

I don't know about mainland Kaiser premiums, but I know that the Kaiser Medicare Advantage premium is wildly higher on the Big Island than on Oahu.
