No worries, Fred. I'm here in Kona and have the same problems you're having. Sometimes the Konaweb cam is on time and other times it's not. I just close out of it and try again in a little while, or use my Kindle or phone as alternate device access. As far as the FishHopper cam goes, same issues for me, too. I always check both cams in the mornings because I swim in Kailua Bay and like to monitor the water conditions before I head down to the pier. I've just come to a place of acceptance with it and am grateful that at least I am here and not freezing my toosh off on the mainland ;-)
