I too hit it just right back then, 2011 They payed rebates per circuit then, so I put in 2 circuits 24-250W panels American made just before the manufacturing went to China. Cost at the time $30,666.00 payback took little over 6ys. I just wonder will the panels and battery recycling surcharges (fees) they will have to tack onto the new ones up front and will it be enough? Hawaii is suppose to be 100% clean energy by 2045.
