Aloha Randall, I believe Sunday is the day of the farmers' Market in Captain Cook at the Amy Greenwell center across the street from the Manago Hotel. I think most of the same people come to the parking lot at the Keauhou Shopping Center on Saturday. If I have my days mixed up I am sure one of the farmers' market aficionados on the forum can correct me. If you want fresh organic eggs you have to get there early (like what? 7:00?) and stand in line as the egg people run out quickly. There are also a couple of farmers' markets up in Waimea on the weekends that people really like. Mahalo, Harry
