Who says we don't have gambling in Hawaii?

That's the "wild card" in all of this. Given the topography of the west side of our island, you just cannot predict how, when, and where the winds will swirl and pocket, bringing their nasty load of vog with them.
No possible prediction can be made, and it can change, for better or worse, as the day progresses.
Who says we don't have gambling in Hawaii? :D :D
