Reservations: A $200 deposit reserves the condo; the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival, which includes Hawaii state tax of 11.4166% and a cleaning fee of $100.
Cancellation: There is a $50.00 Cancellation fee within 60 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is less than 60 days, no refund on the deposit will be given.
