Oh. My. Goodness. Our only regret is that we've driven by for the past year thinking that maybe we should eat there someday, when we could have enjoyed this restaurant much sooner. The cheese, the prociutto, and the other cured meats are brought in from Italy, and you can tell the difference. Even the pasta comes from Italy, so it has the perfect texture and flavor. We each had salads which were very fresh and dressed with beautiful olive oil to enhance the flavors. I had spaghetti alla carbonara, which can be tricky to achieve. The sauce was creamy, the bacon was very meaty and intensely flavorful. My husband had calzoni and we can testify that there is none finer anywhere on this island. Instead of being thick and bready, the crust was beautifully balanced between bread and crust, with a lovely prosciutto and melty saucy cheeses inside. We shared a bottle of prosecco as well. The staff is warm and welcoming, the food is wonderful. We will be back again and again.
