We often have breakfast, lunch or dinner at L&L in Keauhou. Service is very quick, and usually the order is correct. If not, we take what we get. There is sometimes a language misunderstanding, ours or theirs. Breakfast is a bargain, and my favorite is the chili-cheese omelet over rice. I eat half and save half for later. They sometimes have breakfast specials for $5 including coffee. Nice to get a dinner takeaway for sunset at the beach, or a quick bite before we go to the ukulele kanikapila on Wed or the keiki hula on Friday at the shopping center. This is not fine dining, but a good local-style plate meal at a good price. Even when we order mini-plates, we end up taking food home. They have tables outside, which we prefer, and lots of tables inside - where the a/c is too cold for us. |
