I'm from Texas, and I know good Tex Mex food. And a good Tex-Mex meal can be found at Senor Billy's around Capt Cook, Seaside of Hwy 11. (just past Aloha gas station heading south).

Only place on the island I will go for Tex-Mex. Great place to stop on your way to or from Volcano. They also serve cold beer and drinks. Try the Big Pig Burrito (about $9 or 10) made with black beans, and add a cold beer, yummy. Three types of fresh made salsa, something for everyone's taste.
Outdoor seating also available. They close at 9pm. Tara is one of owner and will take good care of you.
