We finally stopped in at Pizza Zachinni yesterday (6-12-09) for a quick lunch. It is located above Costco. You order your food at the counter. Neither of us are huge eaters so we decided to split their lunch special and there was plenty for both of us. We had a 7 inch pepperoni pizza and a caesar salad - around $12. It was oh so ono! The salad was fresh; tasted like homemade croutons, too. The pizza had a tender crust and that special, yummy cheesy taste that I remember from years ago when I worked at an authentic Italian restaurant. The staff was very friendly and sweet. The ambiance was very casual, but the restaurant was very clean and pleasant. We will most definitely go back, and frequently. |
