Mokulele and go! Airlines are joining forces to compete against Hawaiian Airlines. go! will own 75% of the company, with the remaining 25% owned by Mokulele shareholders. The company will continue to operate using both names. Passengers can continue to book on both airlines and previous reservations will be honored. Mokulele is expecting a number of staff layoffs due to the merger.
