After suffering 2 years of multi-million dollar losses, Parker Ranch will be selling 3,509 acres to try to get in the black again. The Ranch lost $2.6 million in 2007; $18 million in 2008. Since 2006, its total assets have plummeted by $39 million. Parker Land Trust has entered into a definitive agreement for the sale of land for $50 million.
