November 26th, 2009 to January 8th, 2010 $1,375/month plus tax! Take 
advantage to see and be on the Big Island!
March 18th, 2010 to May 6th, 2010: $1,375/month plus tax.
Discounts for stays of more than one month or more than one week!

Due to the HIGH cost of electricity in Hawaii, electricity is included up
to the average based on the prior three months for MONTHLY bookings.

Last minute discount for December reservations!
November 26th, 2009 to December 31st, 2010: $490/week plus tax.
January 1st to January 9th, 2010: $630/week plus tax.
March, April and the first week of May, 2010: $560/week plus tax.

Please ask about additional rates for 2010.

G.E. tax is 4.166%. T.A.T. tax is 8.25%. 
T.A.T. tax goes up to 9.25% July 1, 2010.

$200 REFUNDABLE cleaning/damage deposit required for weekly bookings.
$400 REFUNDABLE cleaning/damage deposit for monthly bookings.

Please note, there is NOT a cleaning charge!
It works out better for everyone if the studio is left tidy 
and the deposit is returned! This helps us to keep the rates down.
If deposit is not used for extra cleaning and/or damage, 
a refund of deposit will be mailed back to guest within 14 days.

$200 deposit holds your dates. Balance is due thirty days before arrival.
$100 cancellation fee if cancelled before 30 days of arrival.
No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Longer term rates may be available with a one month security deposit, acceptable credit report, rental application and references. 
No pets.
Owner holds an inactive real estate license.
