TWO WEEKS FEBRUARY-APRIL, 2012:
$1,120 PLUS TAX, PLUS REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

TWO WEEKS MAY and JUNE, 2012:
$1,050 PLUS TAX PLUS REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

TWO WEEKS JULY-SEPTEMBER: $890 PLUS TAX, PLUS REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
No cleaning fee.
 

February, March and April 2012: 
$630/week plus tax, plus refundable deposit.
May and June 2012: $600/week plus tax, plus refundable deposit.

SUPER RATES FOR LONGER STAYS! 

March 2012:
$1,780/month + tax + $100 cleaning fee/month plus refundable deposit.

April-June, 2012:
$1,680/month + tax + $100 cleaning fee/month, plus refundable deposit.

July-September, 2012:
$1,475/month + tax + $100 cleaning fee/month, plus refundable deposit.

Due to the ever changing, yet HIGH cost of electricity in Hawaii,
(Four times the price on the "Mainland") use of the dryer is not included unless other arrangements have been made. Adequate clothes lines and racks provided.
For monthly bookings electricity is included up to the average kwts based 
on the prior three months.
Our electric company has as of January raised their rates by 50%!
The water company too raised their rates based on the cost of oil. 


G.E. (General Excise) tax is 4.166%.
T.A.T. (Transient Accommodations) tax is 9.25%. 
$200 REFUNDABLE cleaning/damage deposit required for weekly reservations.
$400 REFUNDABLE cleaning/damage deposit for reservations of a month. 
One month deposit for longer term bookings.

Please note, there is NOT a cleaning charge for weekly bookings!

It works out better for everyone if the studio is left tidy 
and the deposit is returned. This helps us to keep the rates down.
If deposit is not used for extra cleaning and/or damage, 
a refund of deposit will be mailed back to guest within 14 days of departure.
Monthly rentals have a cleaning charge of $100/month.

$200 deposit holds your dates. Balance is due thirty days before arrival.
$100 cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. 
Sorry, no refunds within 30 days of arrival.
