Orders

A 20% deposit secures your place in line. All orders are done in the sequence received. I now have two lists, one for Island Jazz `Ukulele and Guitars, the other for for traditional `Ukulele. For Island Jazz and Guitars the current wait before construction begins is about a year. It is six months for traditional `Ukulele.

Before construction begins, I will get in touch with you and go over each detail. Any changes can be made then. At that time 40% more of total price is due. From that point it will be two to three months to delivery. Before your instrument is shipped, the balance, including shipping and insurance, is due.

Deposit Refunds

On orders, a 100% refund will be given for any reason before construction begins. After I start your instrument there will be no deposit refunds or changes made to the instrument.

Returns

When you receive your instrument, you have a 48 hour trial period. If for any reason you feel it is not the right `ukulele or guitar for you, let me know. I will either correct the problem, or, if you choose, arrange a 100% refund less shipping and insurance. In that case, the instrument must be received in the same condition as it was shipped.

Warranty

All new instruments have a limited warranty to original owner or immediate family member. This is limited to my working lifetime and does not cover playing wear, abuse, accident damage, or problems caused by extremes of temperature or humidity.
