Kaha'io Ranch is an idyllic hideaway on 45 acres, and is located on the slopes of Mt. Hualalai, above Kailua-Kona in the famous and historic Holualoa coffee country. Surrounded by wooded pastureland, the home has beautiful coastline views, wraparound decks, a wood burning stove, a paddle tennis court and endless hiking.

Wraparound covered decks, wood burning stove, BBQ, paddle tennis court, washer/dryer, microwave and TV/VCR, CD/Cassette/Radio, Library, videos, games, cooler, beach chairs and mats.

Relax in our cool mountain setting and watch the wild turkeys, pheasants, grazing cattle and horses. Play paddle tennis, hike Mount Hualalai, visit art galleries in historic and charming Holualoa town. The guesthouse is close to beaches, restaurants, shopping and resorts.

Rates
January 10 - December 10: $170/day (5 night minimum stay); $1200 /week, plus 11.25% tax
December 11 - January 9: $185/day (10 night minimum stay); $1400/week, plus 11.25% tax
RATES ARE FOR FOUR (4) PEOPLE OR LESS
Additional $25-30/day/each for a fifth and sixth person, plus tax

A $200 reservation/security deposit is required in advance.
Entire rent is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
