Honeymoon in Hawaii

Hello Pete---
First, congratulations on your upcoming wedding. Second---GREAT choice for the honeymoon!
Personally, I'd fly into Kona. Check and see if Hawaiian Airlines has expanded flights by then. Republic Airlines is supposed to be moving their regional Mesa Airlines planes to Hawaii to beef up their inter-island schedule. Don't know if that will happen before February or not.
Of course, you CAN'T skip Volcanoes National Park. You could spend the whole time there, it's that big and beautiful.
Take a whale watch trip with Captain Dan. It is a life-changing experience! We "played" hide-and-seek with a baby whale who swam back and forth UNDER our boat. No fear, just a playful curiosity in his eye!
