my recommendation

We went to Four Seasons Hualalai--Pahui'a this past summer for our dd's 21st birthday. It was wonderful, pricey, but wonderful.
Other restaurants I would recommend are Brown's and the Canoe House, both at the Mana Lani resorts, one at the Orchid the other at the Mana Lani (I can never remember which is which).
You can visit the websites for all of these restaurants and see the setting and get an idea of the menus.
