Lei can be purchased at most grocery stores and farmer's markets. I believe you're talking about the one just up Ka'iminani Road from the highway, turn right at the first street, Pukiawe, then go to the farm. There should be signage there to direct you. If nothing else, they do sell them at the airport. aloha
