Read the fine print yourself
As it states, this little .pdf is a "poster" or "brochure" for the advantages of a home exemption. It doesn't say in any way what the homeowner is actually agreeing to do in exchange for the exemption that exists in the "small print" of the agreement. In this poster, it tells you how that this opportunity exists, how to fill out the paperwork, but there isn't ANY "terms of service" or actual content in what you're actually agreeing when you submit this exemption.
Sorry to point this out, but in order to do the real research about exactly what the content of what you're agreeing to is...you must do a bit more reading. (And do probably a bit of legal study!)
The reason you've not heard of any other restrictions, is that you haven't read the real content of what you're actually agreeing to when you submit your homeowner's exemption.
