The reality of vacation renting, (I have been very involved for the past 15 years) is that, at this time you HAVE to pay VRBO to have any kind of decent occupancy. Konaweb would only be a small supplement to your bookings. You have to get your rental seen. You need the big dogs and a few more small advertising sites to keep high occupancies. So, a site like Kona web would really have to be inexpensive to make it feasible. If they were to grow and become a site that gets good google hits, then it would be worth more. But at this point, $150 a year to post your web site or pictures and a little write up is a fair market price and it would eventually attract a lot of listings.
