Refundable damage deposit not being refunded
How long do I have to wait to get a refundable damage deposit back? I've been home for 26 days now. Kona Vacation Rentals has a really nice person answering the phone but the answer is always the same, I will turn this over to our accounting department. I've talked to the owner of the condo who confirms there was no damage to be holding the money back and he's not getting anywhere either.So do I just lose the $200? The owner is dropping them because of other problems. What recourse do I have for those of you who have rental knowledge?
