IF Blue Dragon reopens, there may be some policy changes needed. Recall that(to my recollection) there has never been a minimum or cover charge. Sadly, some folks took advantage: groups would occupy table(s), order a single drink and "nurse" it as long as the music lasted. Thus, depriving folks who wanted food(and bigger bill) of the opportunity. Aloha should always be reciprocated, not abused. Charging a cover/minimum is NOT in the plans I heard but don't be surprised. Revenue lost to advantage takers was/is a factor in the decision making.Remember: Blue Dragon, unlike too many Big I restaurants, was locally owned and near totally locally sourced. So, nearly all revenue stayed on the Big I.Again IF it reopens, "malama pono; malama ohana; malam a'ina." And get there VERY early if you want the beet salad
