You could try 808burners.com in Aiea. I know wrong island but I'm not too sure you will find someone here it's not a high volume business. You can also buy a device to do it on Amazon for about $20 and do it yourself. Once you have a tape player there are a lot of options to transfer it as a file to your computer and make MP3's or CD's. The only other place I found on the internet that claims Kona is really a service that you ship to the mainland...
No matter what you decide the cost is about $20-$30.
