Wanted scapegoats High pay no work

And one guess as to where they are getting that water to truck in? That's why the water police have to cause you to save more water...

When you put out bid contracts for cheap products you get what you pay for. Buy a Rolls Royce or Yugo. You get what you pay for. That goes for the crones in the water department/Mayor's office. The mayor is fixing to thinking about doing something.

Since it takes 8 months to fix one well it's about time for another well to fail since they figure a well lasts 5 years and we have 15 or so making an average of 2-3 wells down per year. Just look at how many wells that the water department oversees that are not working. It's not just here in Kona.
