Sell or Rent?
If you sell, you get the cash and go. If you rent you have to deal with rental issues from 2500 miles away. If you have an Agent handling the rental, that will cost you 10%/month but they handle the aggravations but you need to maintain the appliances and yard. Decide if it's worth the headache, probably not. Our home has been a rental for 7 years and we have had to replace the stove, the refrigerator and the washing machine. Now we have to replace the a/c. You need to figure all that into the amount you will get as a rental or you will be upside down.
