Incompetence is contageous

Yup nothing complete till Nov. That is assuming they don't break another well!!! It is just one well that will be fixed for next week. I'm pretty sure that they are probably running the wells longer per day than they should to try and avoid another outage but that may also cause another failure. I don't think that they have pulled the last failure yet to see if it is a simple fix or just adds to the list of broken wells and delays getting them all online.
Gee I guess they will have to raise water prices to give the employee's a raise for all their hard work...
