I think #3 would be a stretch to do in two days, let alone one. I'd split it into Waipio Valley and Akaka Falls in one day, and then VNP and Punaluu Black Sand Beach in the other - and even then it could be an endurance test for either pair of events. Given that you're staying near the Waikoloa resorts you should be able to get a Hula show on the same day as the dolphin swim; a sub trip and manta ray dive from Kailua-Kona on another day.

Honestly, though, Hawaii is best enjoyed deeply and not rushed. VNP alone could occupy two days of highlights only. Are you looking for a genuine Hula show or a resort version? There's a difference. Take the time to fully experience, and not just see these things. The memories will be richer and long-lasting. It's worth taking the time!
