Reservation: Minimum stay one week. A $200 deposit reserves the condo and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival, Hawaii state tax of 11.42% and a cleaning fee of $85.

Cancellation: There is a $50.00 Cancellation fee within 30 days prior to arrival.
If cancellation is less than 30 days no refund on deposit of rent will be given.
