 The Detailed Inspection and Written Report Includes:
  • Condition of roof and roof components.
  • Structural condition of foundations, floors, and walls.
  • Water drainage and control around the house.
  • Exterior walls, sidewalks, driveways and patios.
  • Interior walls, ceilings, floors, windows, and doors.
  • Electrical service equipment, grounding, main over-current devices, main and distribution panels, etc.
  • Condition of water heater, water system, and sewer system.
  • Functional testing of all plumbing fixtures and most appliances.
  • Recommendations for maintenance and care of property.
  • Unbiased, detailed, and comprehensive reporting.

All prices are subject to Hawaii Gross Excise Tax,

  • Condominiums (interiors only) starting at $260
  • Single Family Dwellings below 1,500 sq. ft. at $360
  • Single Family Dwellings between 1,501 and 2,500 sq. ft. at $435
  • Single Family Dwellings between 2,501 and 3,500 sq. ft. at $535
  • Single Family Dwellings over 3501 sq. ft. Please Call for a Quote
  • Fees are calculated by taking the square footage of the living area plus half of the square footage of other areas.
    Commercial buildings are quoted on an individual basis.
