The Ayame House - Kailua-Kona, Hawaii The Ayame House is located in the town of Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, and staying here will give you an idea of how it is living as a resident here in Hawaii. Located near schools, shopping centers, restaurants, and banks. The Kona coast is filled with all kinds of activities a visitor will enjoy, including snorkeling, diving, fishing, swimming, and whale watching in season. The neighborhood of the Ayame House is residential and quiet. The house sits on 7,500 square feet, which is mostly covered with concrete. A driveway leads up to a spacious two car garage. The area is fenced in, with iris planted on the borders. The house is named Ayame because of the iris. Ayame means "iris" in Japanese. The Ayame House is situated at the 900 ft. elevation. The weather here is mostly sunny. There is an ocean view where you can see the cruise ships dock in the famous Kailua Bay where the Hawaiian kings used the area as the playground of the Pacific. LOCATION: Kona Coast/Kailua-Kona, Big Island of Hawaii USA ACCOMMODATIONS: 2nd level, no stairs, driveway all the way up to front door, 2 car garage with large turnaround area. The 1,820 square feet of living area includes a large patio, a balcony around half of the house, master bath with whirlpool tub and shower, 2nd bath with shower, kitchen and dining room, 2 bedrooms, and a laundry area with built-in ironing board. 1 queen size bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds in utility area. Maximum allowed is 5 people. Fully furnished, cable TV, VCR/DVD player, microwave/oven combination, four burner cooktop with downdraft vent, refrigerator, cooking utensils, dishes, linens, washer and dryer, and BBQ grill.
RATES IN U.S. DOLLARS, YEAR ROUND:
$100 a day, $600 a week, $1,800 a month.
3 days minimum stay and 50% deposit required. Additional occupancy tax of 12.25% will be added to the total.
Two cars maximum parking. NOTE: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
